Please create a new account. We have noticed a high volume of people trying to use the old login on the new platform. We encourage to create a new account and roles, because they will be fresh, the info will match the new fields and seen by more potential recruits!
I can´t create an account! And I´m not recieving the code link! Please help
Please fill in all the information correctly. Please make sure another organisation hasen´t used the same name, we have the ability to have multiple admins, so soon you can ask your fellow team members. If they have left please create a new account.
Are you not receiving the email code on the new platform?
Can you please try and create a new account first? It may be that you do not have an account
If your emails still not working please try and if you are not receiving the code, we think it´s due to the new email system policies from Google and Microsoft. Please ask the IT team to whitelist it. If you are still having issues please let us know.

Why am I getting a 403 error when I put in
You need to create and join as a separate user account for personal. We are working on the personal and organisation switch accounts, at the moment if you are trying to view it please create an account first Thanks!
What´s new and different to the legacy platform?
We are building out new features and already have loads of things in the pipeline to improve. We will start to share these with you here so you can be kept in the loop. The main things we have been working on to get this far, is to improve the user experience and search results for the volunteer and improve the administration so it´s clearer and easier. We are constantly doing this so bear with us whilst we catch up with some of the features we had before whilst bringing new ones to the table. What is a members area?
This is where you can invite members to become part of your ecosystem and segment the audiences so existing volunteers and corporate partners can join. If you manage branches or delegated structures you can invite them in via the partners tab.
What on earth is an ecosystem?!
This language really just means an admin dashboard that´s tailored to a set audience. So you can have an ecosystem which is for volunteers or the general public and one for corporations which is more private. And it keeps it open for donors and is flexible enough to help expand out in the future or integrate with your CRM. You can also activate public apps or soon your own apps, or join other ecosystems. It also can be used to segment your groups and structures which large organisations may have or if you broker for organisations you can see their activities and manage permissions very similar to before but in a much more organised fashion!
What is an app?
An app is a place where you can put all your roles, a bit like a profile page, except a bit more than that because you can and will start to be able to embed it on your website, invite followers to connect to it and generally customise it to your branding. More to come on this! We are looking to have a publish to the app store on mobile but would love your feedback on it!
How do I get access to the new platform?
Please go to admin.doit.life and create a new account.
This is because we need to encourage all the new fields to be filled in and make sure the new terms and conditions are accepted.
We can script your roles over if you have more than 50, we are just waiting for the bulk upload feature to be live. If you get in touch at email@example.com we will get back to you as soon as it´s ready.
If for whatever reason you may have more than one organisation account at the moment we do not support this switch account but we will be bringing it very soon.
How do I get access to my account?
Do you offer bulk uploading of opportunities?
Yes! We are working on it, we are aware of the organisations that uploaded lots of roles on the legacy platform, and as soon as we can bulk upload them and you have created a new account on the new platform, we can upload them. We may do it for you for some of them and invite you to it, so
Yes we are currently building out this ability and would encourage bulk or syncing via API to make sure you opportunities are up to date!
Currently we are working towards to making sure we have the best experience for all so currently we do not support volunteer centres but we aim to release lots of integrations with Volunteer centre platforms such as Be collective. You can still create a profile and post roles as an organisation and invite your organisations to post roles as a self serve organisation. We will be releasing the full brokerage functionality later in the year under a fully functioning umbrella organisation product!
