Congratulations to the DtRT-y Cash 2.0 Grant Winners!

We are thrilled to announce that 60 community groups have been selected as the recipients of the DtRT-y Cash 2.0 micro grants, a joint initiative between Nando’s and Coca-Cola. These grants, up to £500 each, are designed to support grassroots projects that are making a real difference in local communities.

What’s Next?

As the grant administrators, we at Do it will be reaching out to each of the selected community groups this week. There are some personal details we require including date of birth, to do background checks and once this is gathered we will run the checks,  then we will issue you your card number both by email and text message. Next steps

1. You will have to create an account using your card number and date of birth. Have your mobile phone at hand to receive the authentication code! 
2. Once you have created an account you can access your card details and start spending your grant on the necessary items.
3. To view your card details, login to your account and click view card details. Write it down and you can add it either to your chrome browser wallet or your apple iphone apple pay wallet by entering in the details of your card (name, card number, expiry date and csv) Then you can start spending online or in person with your phone! More information is available and video guides below.

How to get started & FAQ´s

How do I activate my virtual card? 

1. To activate your virtual card, you first should receive a text message and email from Doit with a card number
2. Go to this link and enter the "card number" it should be like this  from the SMS message or email The number is 9 digitals long for example "109480533"
3. Enter your date of birth
4. Then enter a username and password
5. Login and click view card details and save your card details somewhere safe when you need to pay for a utility bill or online payment or alternatively use your phone to add it to apple or google play. By clicking the wallet, add manually and entering the details.

Click display card details button - save this information somewhere safe (card number, security code and expiry date) 
Then login to your apple or google play wallet and click the plus button to add the card details, choose manually and enter the card details. This will then store your virtual card on your phone
To spend it, open your wallet icon on your phone, choose your card and double click your phone to make the purchase.

I don´t have a mobile phone or google or apply pay

If you want to spend it on the web and have not used your phone or do not have a phone just enter the card details on the check out screen.

To log back in to see your balance, enter your user name and password and next step is toenter a verification code, this will be sent to your phone by SMS.

What can I spend it on?

The grants are specifically intended to support services or the purchase of equipment, ensuring that the funds directly contribute to enhancing community resources and impact.

Who do I contact for support?

Can I use apple and google play on my phone?  

Yes you can connect your virtual card to google or. apply pay so when you pay for items, you can use this.

I didn´t add date of birth, what do I use? 

Use your memorable information date, that you decided you to use when sharing data for the grant..

Where can I spend the funds? 

You can spend the card anywhere that accepts Mastercard cards. Just look for the Mastercard Acceptance Mark.

How long do I have to spend it?

You have a period of 6 months from the date of activation to utilize the grant funds. Any remaining balance on your virtual card upon the conclusion of the 6-month period will expire and become void. We advise utilizing the grant funds in their entirety within the stipulated time frame.

What can I not spend it on?

Grant funds cannot be used for activities such as gambling, purchasing adult content, or acquiring tobacco and alcohol products. We advise against volunteering expenses such as meals out. 

Can I transfer my grant to another individual or organization?

No, the grant is non-transferrable and is intended solely for use by the recipient organization for its designated purposes.

What if the admin, who´s name the card is in, has left?

Please make sure to hand over the card details to the team. If this has not happened, please contact us, and we will deactivate that card and reissue a new one.
